Birth Basics is a childbirth education curriculum designed by Emily Maldonado, LM, and tamara niedermann, owner of the kindred feminine, to cover everything you need to know to be prepared for birth.
This class focuses on the anatomy and physiology of birth, mental and physical preparation, comfort measures, birth plan creation, breastfeeding, and postpartum preparation.
It is currently taught by tamara.
This is the first class of four. The dates of the class are:
October 3rd, 10th, 17th, & 24th
