Membership Plans
The Moonrise Membership makes your holistic health goals accessible whether or not you are pregnant. The memberships allow you to customize your care by using some or all of the Moonrise providers for one monthly fee.
Both the Unlimited Plan and the Care Team Plan are available with and without midwifery care.
The Unlimited Plan
The Unlimited Access Membership includes all providers and all services, only limited by the provider’s recommended frequency of visits and availability. Herbal products that have been recommended through consultation are available through the cost of membership. For pregnant folks, Midwifery Care is included for your pregnancy, birth, and postpartum.
The Care Team Plan
The Care Team Membership allows you to focus more on your personal goals by selecting from a list of services to access throughout your membership year. Midwifery Care for pregnancy, birth, and postpartum is also included for those pregnant folks who choose it.
