the kindred feminine hosts a cycle charting circle the sunday before or of every new moon.

the kindred feminine cycle charting circle is a community to connect with like-minded folks and share our experiences with our menstrual cycles. 

this is a space to ask questions, share your charts, and get support from others. with a focus on fertility awareness and cycle charting, we’ll talk all things ovulation cycle: 

  • living cyclically

  • the phases of the menstrual cycle

  • the charting practice

  • contraceptive choices

  • cyclical pain, etc. 

whether you’re a seasoned charter or are just curious about the fertility awareness method, you invited to share in kindred community. open to anyone, wherever you may be on your cycling journey. babies in arms are welcome.

Birth Basics: Childbirth Education

Birth Basics is a childbirth education curriculum designed by Emily Maldonado, LM to cover everything you need to know to be prepared for birth.

This class focuses on the anatomy and physiology of birth, mental and physical preparation, comfort measures, birth plan creation, breastfeeding, and postpartum preparation. It is currently taught by student midwife Alyssa Figueroa who has led many families through it since beginning to teach in 2023.

This is the first class of four. The dates of the class are:

September 6th, 13th, 20th, & 27th

Anyone is right for this class, as it covers all your options. Bring your questions, fears, and hopes, and leave confident.
